lintian profiles for Emdebian

Just been testing the upcoming lintian 2.5.2 vendor-profile branch for operations with packages processed by emdebian-grip, both for the emdebian-grip and the emdebian-baked vendors.

The good news is that instead of the problematic support from Lenny, lintian in Wheezy will have support for testing Emdebian packages using Emdebian Policy. All Debian tags are up for grabs, no more exceptions for checks which couldn't be disabled before (like the forced removal of manpages).

Also been able to work out how to sort out lintian checks for Emdebian Crush including adding the extra tags which haven't seen use since Lenny.

So that's outline lintian support for Grip, Baked and Crush. Thanks to Niels Thykier for the lintian support.
