Draw attention to doc and locale together taking nearly 50% of /usr
Also that each locale/ directory is of similar size to each other
Therefore, only installing specific translation files instead of all saves a predictable amount of space, no matter which locale is preferred.
doc is also removed, almost entirely – save over 500MB.
